18×24 Science of Brewing

I worked with a microbiologist at the U of M (Jeffrey Gralnick) to write out the science of brewing and a brewer (my husband) to write out the production process of making beer. A little thank you letter to all the brewers who spend their day making these fine drinks for all of us to enjoy.
